| Why is my classified not showing? |
Make sure you confirm your e-mail address first before trying to find your ad on the website. We have sent you an e-mail with instructions on how to do that when you submitted the form.

Absolutely nothing. Posting a classified on BikeDisplay.com is free.

| How do I know how many times my classified was viewed? |
|
After you confirm your e-mail address, you can go to My Account and login. There you will see your ad's statistics.

| Do I need to create an account with BikeDisplay.com? |
|
You create an account when you post the classified. The only reason you need your account is to view/modify your classified information.

| I am having problems posting a classified! |
If you are having problems, we apologize for the inconvenience. The site is new and in constant development. Please e-mail our Customer Service, and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

| Uploading Pictures |
| How many pictures can I upload? |
|
As many as you want. We don't have a limit.
|

| What image formats can I upload? |
|
We support .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png, and .gif image formats.
|

| What is the size limit of one picture? |
|
The sign up form will upload a 4 MB (4000 KB) picture. If your picture weights more than 4 MB, you can try resizing it first, and then uploading.

| Is it necessary to upload bike pictures? |
|
Of course not. We do not require you to upload your motorcycle picture, but doing so really does increase your chance of selling the bike.

| How do I change the pictures I uploaded? |
|
Login to My Account, and go to the Edit Uploaded Pictures section. You can remove and add new pictures there.

| I can't get my pictures to upload. What do I do? |
|
If you are having problems uploading pictures during the sign up process, or just don't want to upload them that way, you may email the pictures to Customer Service and we would be glad to upload the pictures for you.

| Confirming Classified |
| Why do I need to confirm my e-mail? |
|
We require sellers to confirm their e-mail address to ensure that it was typed-in correctly and that it is valid, since e-mail is the main way for buyers to contact the seller.

| I never received the confirmation e-mail... |
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail after at least one hour of signing up, you can resend the e-mail by logging in to your account.
Simply, go to My Account and login. You will see a link to resend the confirmation e-mail in the Edit My Account section. It might take up to an hour to receive the e-mail.
If you are still having problems, make sure that you typed in the e-mail address correctly. You may contact Customer Service for help.

To delete your classified, go to My Account and login. You will see a link to delete your classified there.
